I loved my endless childhood days playing on our steep road whose enormous trees suggested even greater adventures to come. Sure enough, my family bounced from town to city to suburbs, a perpetual motion.
I wondered if my parents were chasing dreams or fleeing demons.
But by the time the family’s travel fire smoldered, mine was about to spark. I backpacked solo around Europe, moved to the US west coast, rode motorcycles, and jumped out of airplanes.
Soon, my marketing career sizzled with the same sense of adventure. I worked with start-ups, recording artists, and telecoms giants; ad agencies, manufacturers, and farmers. I became a Waldorf teacher to gift my children education and quality time.
Problems are my fuel. Solving them is my superpower… Which is how I have created a life of freedom and fun.

I grew up wanting to explore the world… and beyond. I dreamed of South American mountains, Canadian forests and missions to Mars. But I was always an outsider.
Born in London to Irish parents. Raised in Ireland with an English accent. A good student amongst athletes. A writer in a family of construction workers on one side, and shy in a family of performers on the other.
This alienation led me inwards instead of out into the world. But my talents of empathy and creation led me to editing award-winning TV shows and writing competition-winning stories. And one day I broke out of the chains I had bound myself with and moved 5,000 miles to Los Angeles to pursue my writing dreams.
My journey led me to a writing residency at the Ernest & Mary Hemingway House in Ketchum, Idaho, where I read my most personal work on the stage and left with this message: Share Your Stories.
I gave myself permission to reveal myself and I achieved all I had dreamt of. I can help you do the same.
