When we first started building out our own systems, Johanna was all in.

But over time, I started to see it differently.

Not because I learned to love the backend (I still leave that to Johanna), but because I saw what it gave us back: time, calm, and room to breathe.

Now, instead of trying to manage every reply, booking, or reminder by hand, we have quiet systems doing the work in the background — systems that reflect our voice, our values, and the experience we want people to have.
